SWOT Analysis Case Studies Template | Matrix

This section deal with SWOT Analysis Case Studies using a template. This template is aimed to guide you to list down element of the SWOT factors. Look at teh template, it deal with the four factors in a matrix namely Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Each of these factors has its merits when use them for Strategic Planning purpose.

The following is aimed to provide you with an example of the SWOT Analysis Template | Matrix which you can use the empty template and the filled template as an example.

Procedure to draw a SWOT Anlysis Template / Matrix

use a Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel (or other software) to draw a table consist of four quadrant as indicated in figure 1. Key in the title for Strength; Weaknesses; Opportunities and Threats
Fill up the four quadrant with respective data for the four element of SWOT as indicated in Figure 2
